Whether enjoyed with a hot cup of chai or as part of a larger iftar platter, Baingan Pakora adds a classic, homemade touch to the blessed month.<br />#baingan #bainganpakora #pakorarecipe #iftar #iftarspecial #iftarrecipes #spicebitebysara<br />Ingredients :<br /><br />-Baingan 2 ( Eggplant)<br />-Besan 1 + 1/2 cup ( Gram flour )<br />-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt )<br />-Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp ( Red chili Powder )<br />-Haldi Powder 1/4 tsp ( Turmeric Powder )<br />-Zard Rang 2 pinches ( Yellow Food color)<br />-Zeera Powder 1 tsp ( Cumin Powder )<br />-Cooking oil as required <br />-Pani as required <br />-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )<br /><br /><br />Direction For Cooking :<br /><br />-Take Baingan cut into slices .<br />-Take a bowl add water and salt soak them into water for 10 mins.<br />-Take another bowl add gram flour salt , red chili, turmeric powder , yellow food color, cumin powder mix it well.<br />-Now take baingan slice coat with gram flour set aside.<br />-Take a frying pan add oil place baingan slice, use medium flame fry until both sides turns golden brown.<br />-Serve with any sauce.<br />
